If at times you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or misunderstood working together as a team, we will work on the areas you want to make improvements in your life. Think about how great it would be if you didn't worry as much or if you could feel comfortable setting and sticking to your boundaries. I can teach you the skills and strategies to decrease stress, anixiety, depression and other mental health and addiction concerns.
